We surveyed customers to benchmark their satisfaction with our egress window solution. We also wanted to learn more about how they installed the egress window kit and also how they were using their new basement space.

We were delighted that 100% of customers responding rate our egress solution as very high quality or high quality.

And we are also gratified that 100% of our customers responding consider our solution as a very high or high value for the cost.

While we have designed our solution as a DIY egress window kit, we learned that the majority of our customers hire a professional for part of the installation. And a small percentage outsource the entire job to installers.

And the majority of our customers utilize their new basement space as a bedroom.

Word of mouth and reviews are critical for growing our business, so we are thrilled that 93% of our customers would recommend our egress window solution.
