Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.  

Before returning your item, please contact support@brightideaegress.com or call 303-761-3730 to receive an RMA.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund for any items that are returned.

No partial returns are allowed. All items in a kit must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace products or component parts if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@brightideaegress.com and send your item to:
