He tested his design by installing thousands of egress windows over the last decade, establishing a process that is faster, safer and more cost-effective than traditional installation methods. Theo oversees all operational aspects of Bright idea Egress, including inventory management, sales and customer service.
Committed to continuous product improvement, Theo also manages the product development process and is constantly on the search for engineering advancements that will enhance the ease of use and performance of the Bright Idea Egress window kit.
Theo has renovated several residential properties and understands first-hand the challenges involved in doing-it-yourself.
Lisa Wilkie is a skilled problem solver and customer relations expert with a wealth of experience in financial services and retail inventory management. Lisa is the first point of contact for Bright Idea customers and handles sales, customer correspondence and inquiries as well as back of the house administrative duties.
Before joining Bright Idea, Lisa managed inventory and logistics for Nordstrom and worked for a variety of financial institutions, overseeing client relationships.
