In our years of installation experience, we’ve never seen another egress window system come close to the streamlining the install process and delivering satisfied customers. Our egress window kit includes lifetime warranty against product, material and manufacturing defects. We ship our kits on a pallet from Colorado to anywhere in the continental United Stateswithin 1-2 days. The timeframe for freight delivery varies by location and carrier. Theo Stephens, Founder

Theo Stephens is an entrepreneur and inventor who has developed an engineered solution for the sometimes complex problems involved in installing egress windows. He tested his design by installing thousands of egress windows over the last decade, establishing a process that is faster, safer and more cost-effective than traditional installation methods. Theo oversees all operational aspects of Bright idea Egress, including inventory management, sales and customer service.

Committed to continuous product improvement, Theo also manages the product development process and is constantly on the search for engineering advancements that will enhance the ease of use and performance of the Bright Idea Egress window kit.

Theo has renovated several residential properties and understands first-hand the challenges involved in doing-it-yourself. 

Stephanie Marsellos, Operations Manager

Stephanie is a seasoned professional whose primary concern is providing exceptional customer service. She is the first point of contact for Bright Idea customers and handles sales, customer correspondence and inquiries.

Before joining Bright Idea, Stephanie had a successful career in the mortgage industry originating, processing and closing loans, as well as working as a retail sales associate and bookkeeper for a family-owned flooring company. When she is not working she enjoys hiking and riding her mountain bike.
