This egress window package does not include a window well or ladder to better optimize shipping cost, while giving you the flexibility to select the well design of your choice locally.

The included interior trim kit provides the best possible interior finish available for framing basement escape windows. It ships flat but is designed for quick assembly and easily slides into our ExoFrame with a tight tolerance.
